Cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Neighbors - Rude, shady characters, tons of kids running around creating all kinds of noise. The buildings are always filthy and then cleaning crews we're very rude to us.
The Laundry room was absolutely gross and always filthy, baby poo in the sink and it always smelled like diapers and urine.
The management is very whacky, they seem to have problems with the simplest of tasks. We put a notice in our bill that we would be moving out in 30 days and they didn't notice it. Also, my girlfriend told them that her name was down incorrectly and they never fixed it.
The grounds aren't kept up to well, and the "fitness room" is a joke.
The nicest building in the complex is the management building.
If this is your only choice, go for it, but I would pay a little more and get a better apt. Like Peppercorn, next door to the Summit.
