So, you are staying in a two bedroom apartment, $750 a month or more. You get the bill. What's this, tacked on' $50 for water and $11 for garbage'
I asked the Manager why water was so high. I never use water. Well, apparently they divide usage according to square foot per building, not number of people in each apartment, or water usage. So, I was paying for the showers that each of the ten people staying in the one bedroom apartment next to me and down the hall. They also charge you for heating in this manner.
So, if you want to be paying for your neighbors' heat and water usage, by all means, stay in this slum.
