THE PLACE IS LIKE A 3rd WORLD COUNTRY ALL ROLLED INTO ONE COMPLEX!!!!
I work for a company that provides services for the Summit and also live in the complex over from them (pepper corn). Last time I had to go the floors in the hallway are falling through, some spots your walking on carpet nailed to the floor.
All night long I hear police, people yelling, loud music, car races etc.
