Well we lived in the apartments for about a year and a half. Let me see In that time I went through 2 ac units. I think that they were one of the first one's ever made because they never worked. The maintaince would come over to fix stuff a month after you put in a request. They tried to fix up the outside and make it nice but let me tell you from experience The complex is straight up ghetto. Don't have anything nice or of value for that matter. If you let anyone that lives there come up in your place you won't have your things very long. I had to learn that the hard way. I wouldn't recommend these apts to anyone. Unless you want to live in the ghettto but I still suggest you get renters insurance bacause believe me you are going to need it.
