I lived in this place for about a year. It was bad. The apartments are small, they vent into the hallways so you get to enjoy the smells of everyone else's apartment. If you speak english you are the minority, even the office staff doesn't speak "ingles" very well. Safety is definately an issue. I had my vehicle broken into twice. Management would periodically do "apartment checks" with or without your approval or presence and then wouldn't lock the apartment back up when they left.
