Okay, to start off the place seemed nice and the management seemed to be on it....that is until you move in. The grounds are bad and they rarely remove the snow from the sidewalks and if they do there is so much salt on the steps it is a hazard. There are very few dog stations for people to pick up after their pets but I don't think that matters because people don't do it anyway. It is pretty gross when there is more dog poop than grass!!
I have a two bedroom and two bath but after I moved in I was without a guest bath for over a week because they couldn't locate the keys to my apartment so I had to leave my door unlocked with the keys inside for them to make copies and to fix the toilet. At no time did the offer any compensation for this time without my bathroom or did I even get a sorry this has happened.
Now on to the situation with the mail and packages. There is no large box to keep packages in so the postal worker leaves them in an unsecured area where anyone can grab them. And the office rarely accepts packages from FedEx or UPS because they don't want to be liable. Well let me tell you that they did sign for a package for me (an Ipod touch) and then it was stolen out of their office. They took no responsibility and refuse to offer me any compensation even though they signed and said they would hold it for me until I returned from vacation.
There is also a very bad draft from the windows and doors due to poor insulation so if you don't mind having a constant draft and a high electric bill then this is a great place to live.....
I am extremely unhappy here and am only glad I rented for 3 months. All of this nonsense has taken place in less than 2 months of living here. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
