After reading all the horror stories about maintenance issues at other apartment complexes , I'm glad I renewed my lease here again. I've lived here for the past several years and I've had several maintenance problems that were all taken care of very quickly. Last year, my water heater gave out a few days before Christmas. I called the next morning and by the time I came home from work that evening they had replaced the water heater. Good job! The staff in the leasing office are really friendly and helpful. I've never had any problem with crime here (never had my car broken into) and I usually come home late at night to find a security patrol car driving around the complex. I'm in a 1 bedroom top floor over looking the courtyard and it's pretty quiet. It IS an apartment so every now and then I might hear the neightbors or a stereo on the weekends, but after 10pm it's quiet. My only complaint is that the hallways could use a little paint and some scrubbing down. Overall though, I like living here. The apartments are very clean, the staff is very friendly and the maintenance is first rate.
