Ever since Waterford came under new management, Equity Residential, this property has been a great place to live. My apartment was very inviting when I moved in and I have no complaints. The Maintenance crew is awesome, they always come really quickly when I need anything. The office staff is the friendliest that I have ever come across, they treat you like a friend, not like a customer. I also love the ameneties at waterford. I recommend this place to everyone, it is the best place and the prices are very reasonable.

do you hear your neighbors next door or above/below you??? thats my issue now and am thinking of renting at Waterford..

Well you get what you pay for and stay out of builing K they have roaches!!Yikes
