I dont know what others are complaining about, but Waterford Place is really nice and I have never had any problems. The property hosts fun events, like pool parties and breakfasts, and they are always very thoughtful. Every time I go to the office, the Assistant Manager is always so friendly and willing to help out. I am planning on re-newing my lease when the time comes, until then I am enjoying this place.
