This is one of the nastiest place to live. The residents are low class and disrespectful. There's NEVER any place to park your car, it's like no one leaves to go to work. The grounds is filled with dog poo and management could care less. Think you can take a nice hot bath' NOT if your neighbor beats you to it. If someone else above or below you is using the hot water, then you're screwed. The noise level is over the top. Installation was not down well. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE DON'T SETTLE HERE.

Wow!! What a surprise to read this review. I just did a review for the Estates at Tanglewood and raved about my long term lease experience at Waterford. Maybe I should have read your reply first. Sounds like it has changed alot since I was there because I found it to be a well kept property, typical apartment type neighbors and professional Mgmt. staff in the office. Sorry that your experience was unpleasant and I'll hold off on any further recommendations and referrals until I see some positive reviews indicating efforts are made to change the conditions.
