If you love noise..disrespectful people who party day and night..tons of dog poop wherever you walk..you may love it here! If you enjoy not being able to sleep, eat, watch tv or simply relax in the peace and quiet of your own home..you may love it here! There are some good people left here but they are few and far between!! Very few pet owners who actually pick up after their pets, very sad for those of us who do. Management seriously needs to consider enforcing ordinances and lease terms. Perhaps hiring security again to enforce rules and regulations. Pool area is a free for all at any hour and that includes animals running loose so we recommend living far away from pool area if you do move here. Parking can be a nightmare and auto vandalism and thefts have been on the rise. Trash dumpsters are always overflowing and there's generally more on the ground than in the containers. Breezeway areas are disgusting and rarely cleaned. Personally cannot recommend this community for those who appreciate quality living and peace and quiet. We cannot wait until our lease is up...we are gone!!
