My roommate and I couldn't wait for our lease to end at Waterford Place. From the beginning, service was a joke. We noticed a bird's nest in our dryer vent and brought it to the management's attention on the day we moved in. It was not addressed until the bird got into our apartment through the dryer vent and went to the bathroom everywhere. They did not apologize or offer to help us clean up. What a mess that was! My roommate's car was broken into and they could have cared less. They handed her an incident form and told her to fill it out. A month before we moved out, our apartment flooded from the washing machine in the apartment above and when we called the emergency line, we were told someone would be there in 10 minutes. 55 minutes later someone showed up with no tools or supplies. I was the only one home at the time and had a difficult time moving all my furniture. Our carpet was cleaned that same night and they poked holes in our ceiling to drain the water. We were told they would be back the next day to repair the ceiling. The rancid water sat in buckets in the middle of our living room for 2 days before they came to make repairs! When the repairs were made, ceiling dust got everywhere and was not cleaned up. Only after we moved out did we get a phone call asking that there be no hard feelings. What a joke!!!
