Its good for a Ghetto - Timber Ridge. Fun for a season if you are a young 20s to late teens. Lots of partying. However the apartments are awful so u don't feel bad when u trash them. The maintance lady was horriable, aside from her multi colored hair that looked nasty. She didn't know how to shovel snow off the steps, or fix anything.
