I'm currently living here and been a resident for about 1.5 years. Somewhat expensive but everything in colorado is. Items like WATER are not included in rent, so it's $16 extra each month, YOU CAN use other internet providers, I use EarthLink, "through qwest" but I don't pay qwest to do so. Staff is helpful, pool is average, but I used to live in Austin where pools were more the focus. I can sit in the hot tub and see snow on the mountains in the middle of the summer which is a fair trade off :) Parking is fine for me, others maybe not. This property, while not perfect, is pretty close.
