Questionable, be careful

The leasing staff change their prices every other day. The day you go in and ask for a price will not be the same price as when you got to lease from them.
The TV situation sucks! They make you pay for Direct TV which sucks itself and the the own complex doesn't know how to use the service so when you have questions, they are no help.
The complex is decent and maintained, but beware of the price fluctutation and know the TV/Internet deal the complex has rips you off.
What the leasing agents also forget to mention is that they will automatically take $125 off your deposit no matter how clean you keep your place.
