Beware of Move-out

Anyone who has given a good rating to this place has obviously not moved out yet! The Retreat robs you at check out. You leave the apartment cleaner than its been the entire time you lived there, and I lived there for 2 years, and they decide to charge you. They send you list of everything you might be charged for before you move out and the costs --$25 to replace a toliet seat! But its not until later they send you the bill. I would not recommend living here, even though most of the time it was a decent place, the move-out was hell! Plus, I don't believe its entirely safe. Both of my neighbors have had their cars broken into!
