Hostile rude staff

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
We moved in with 2 small children after relocating from a rural area in the state. The staff we signed with were pleasant, helpful and dedicated to tenant happiness, however, they were summarily fired in late 2003 and replaced with a team of spiteful petty creatures that act like they have degrees in 'rental law' and won't hesitate to take advantage of you once you've signed on the dotted line with hidden fees.
Have plenty of spare keys cut, if you dont hand in the exact number they issued you with the fee's for certain key replacements run into the hundreds (even though they cut their own keys onsite)
If you have a maintenance issue you had better be handy with a wrench. The onsite maintenance staff will take up to 2 weeks to arrive and most often tell you there isn't a problem resulting in you calling them 3 or 4 times before they 'fix' it ... after which it will likely need to be fixed again soon.
Be wary of positive feedbacks about this place, especially the ones praising the staff ... I highly suspect they write them themselves (there's probably be one right after this post or within 7 days thereof).
