Awful Customer Service...would not renew my lease
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 9/8/2004

This apartment complex started out under different ownership. After switching owners, however, the current management felt no need to deal with previous/ongoing issues within the complex (i.e maintenance). Also they claimed to have listened to a complaint made about not cashing an additional rent check (a previous check had been written for rent). In spite of my complaint the check was in the desposit bag with a message claiming that I would instead have credit for October. Furthermore, they claim they never got the note not to cash it, but they must have in order to know that I sounded upset over the issue. The management often conveys conflicting messages that leave the tenant feeling frustrated and ultimately lied to. However, there is an employee, Pat, who knows how customer service and business etiquette are supposed to be. It is because of her that my roommate and I still feel welcomed and valued as tenants.
