Management is incapabale of fixing problems

The physical apartment complex is very nice. However, that is where things that are good stop. The price you pay to live here is one of the highest in the area. So with a high price tag, I expected some customer service. However, I was sadly mistaken.
Management doesn't care about you the people that live there, all they care about is selling more units. The number one rule of sales is that it is easier to sell to a current customer than it is to a new customer. But the way the staff at Amli at Westliff treats you forget it.
The staff is incapable of taking care of any problems. I talked to three different staff members sbaout a problem and they all said "I will take care of it." Turns out none of them did. So when I finally went to the manager, Erica, she said the same thing. I stupidly assumed that since she was the manager everything would be fixed. But nope, she didn't even address the problem.
For example, the tv's and the treadmills in the clubhouse haven't both worked at one time since I moved in over seven months ago. The hot tub works maybe every other day. This is just the tip of the iceberg folks . . .
