From the first day we moved in we have had problems. I have never met such an incompetent management staff! Let alone, they have already changed leaders since we've been here. They are completely inconsistent in their stories when you complain to them about a issue. They will turn a negative situation around to make it your fault. They are incapable of maintaining accurate records and will try to over charge you. I have never seen such complete disregard for a tenants happiness. Any chance they get, they will belittle you...and that pertains to maintenance as well. Don't be surprised if you are treated as an apartment number instead of as a customer.

We have had numerous maintenance issues that existed when we moved in and have taken at least 3 visits to correct only to have the problem to reoccur b/c of the staff's incompetence. Not to mention, the maintenance staff can be very harassing and belittling at times to cover up their lack of attention to a matter when it was their responsibility to address the issue to begin with. Don't bother telling management... they won't do anything about it.

Our contract cannot end soon enough! I hope no one believes the posted positive comments about this complex. I can't possibly believe that anyone would say those things...especially about management unless management themselves made those statements. I fully intend to complain to the corporate office. There is nothing luxury about this place. You are treated like a second class citizen after you sign your lease!!

I totally agree with you about the management staff, that is one of the main reasons my husband and I got out of our contract early and they gave us every problem they could think of, not to mention they set a court date for forcible entry b/c we were 12 days late on paying our last 13 days in that complex I will never go back to this place ever again!!!!
