AMLI at Westcliff formerly Retreat at Westcliff

Buyer beware!
AMLI raised my rent $245 / month for my renewal. They also stated that they were going to double my current utility bill to stay.
AMLI gave me 8 days to decide if I wanted to move out or not. If I passed the 8 days I would be forced to go month-to-month at an increase of almost $500 / month.
When I said it was unfair to give such a short time, the management stated that they didnt want to loose their tennants, so they didnt give much time notice.
I would stay away from this appartment complex, and quite frankly any one that is an AMLI property since it is corporate rules that determine the guidelines for renewal.
