Of course your stay in any apartment depends on who your neighbors are. My neighbors were relatively quiet, nonsmokers and nonpartiers, so it was good for me. Their prices are on the higher end (which any apt anymore seems to be overpriced), but the maintenance and grounds keeping is above average. Some of the staff was bad, but they are no longer which says that they care about how they present themselves. I must say that in general, the crime rate here is relatively low even though my car was stolen. However, I think it was more of an anomaly than anything.
MAKE SURE YOU GIVE THEM 2 FULL MONTHS NOTICE WHEN LEAVING otherwise you will be stuck with ridiculous rent...
