Where to start. The staff is all cocky and ignorant - bunch of fat ------- who dress up in suits and keep their attitude up their ass. Not helpful, not cooperative. These people were coming to our apartment UNANNOUNCED to fix one of our doors. Hello' Good thing we had our upper lock on the main door locked so they had to call us and let us know when they were coming. So much for privacy. Then this mexican woman is trying to fix this simple lock on one of our doors for over 1hr and didn't even clean up her mess. The trash is a HUGE issue. Their system of everyone leaving the trash on the curb is obviously NOT working. They're late picking it up and people leave trash over the weekend - well, what do you expect them to do' Leave it in the house and let it smell' So you have to take it yourself to a big trash container, which is NOT by your building. PARKING - are you fricking kidding me' If you don't have a garage you're screwed. Everything is full and you can see 2 cars usually parked right behind the garage, because there is not other room! There is DOG ---- ALL OVER THE GRASS! Nasty! This place is way over priced for what they offer you. The is definitely NOT a LUXURY place. Who are they kidding. Oh yeah, and if your spouse is in the military - good luck. They don't give a ---- about your orders as they only care about their rent. We will be moving out soon and thank god as this place totally sucks and the money is not worth it!
