Very poorly managed especially over the last two years. The leasing office is filled with very snotty and rude people, the manager is a joke. She can only be seen outside the office looking things over when she knows people from the executive office is going to be on site.
Security is an issue on the property as there have been several breakins. Yet until today security lights in the breeze way in the building in which I live have not been repaired, since the manager claims this is not her priority.We have what is jokingly called a courtesy patrol that responds if you call, however I personally have called them three times to handle incidents only to be told they have no one available.
This past winter I had to shovel the walk in front of my building twice as no one from the office bothered, when I called the office to ask if they could at least have some one throw a little ice melt in the shaded areas I was informed by the assistant manager that the maintenance crew had been working all morning and were tired so she didn't know if they could get to my request.This attitude continued all winter.Only one time was the walk in front of my building shoveled by maintenance, and then it was only a shovel width wide and no ice melt was ever applied.There are several seniors living here that do not need to fall.

No, Natasha is gone to the main office. Her replacement is worse than she was, although she too is leaving. All the helpful girls in the office quit some months ago and have been replaced with questionable people. We are now a dormitory type community, party time!!!
