Find another place

Since the first day of moving in we have had problems. This is definetly not a place for families as advertised. There is always partying and noise, the walls are so thin we can hear everything, and I mean everything. We knew our neighbors names and their dog's name before we even met them. When I talked to the manager about this they said they were sorry but they didn't see how it was the apartment's responibility!!!! My kids can't really play outside becuase there is always dog crap and the cars drive way to fast. We have not had problems with parking as a lot of other residents seem to, but we have a garage and we use it.
The newest problem is the water bills. For a while we did not get water bills then we started getting them everything was fine then the apartment complex switched billing companies and we are being charged double what we were being charged before, and according to the city double what they charge. This wouldn't be such a problem if someone could explain to me why we are paying so much but all have failed in the explanation.
These apartments look nice, they are new, but not worth the price. You can get a house in this area for the same price, and even as nice if you look. Look else where.
