I looked all over Denver for a place to live from Florida and when I found Bradburn Row I thought I had made the perfect find. Turns out I was wrong. At first everything was fine. The apartment had just been Ok'd by the county to be moved into about a week before I moved into it (it was new construction) and things were a still a little dusty. About 3-4 days later my upstair neighbors moved in and from that moment on I knew exactly where they were in their apartment until I moved out. And I don't mean a creak here and there...I mean clomping on the hard wood floors, doors closing, the dishwasher running... I could even hear them flushing their toilet while sitting in my living room!!! Then about 2 months after I moved in, the apartment company decides that they need a fountain in the square outside my apartment....once it was turned on it sounded like a waterfall in my apartment...and I could hear it with my TV ON!!!!!I complained all the time about all the noise I was experiencing and the manager in the office just told me that, that was how apartment living is like....umm. no I have lived in a few apartments before and never experience noise like this! One other thing is my water heater...the pilot light was constantly going out. and when i say constantly I mean in the 6 months I lived there it probably went out 8-10 times. They would always come and light it back up but what an inconvinience! I would get into the shower at 7 on a 20 degree winter morning to find that I have ice cold water running...and would not warm up! I complained that they needed to replace the thing and I was promised that it would be looked into...never done and the poor people who are living in the apartment now are probably going through the same thing... I moved out before my lease was up and ended up having to pay 2 rents because I could not legally break my lease!
