Horrible place to live !!

If you like to hear teenagers driving up and down your street with their annoyning music blaring, the smell of dog feces during the day and marijuana smoke at night, people yelling,laughing,partying and screaming at all hours of the night, hear everything your neighbor does, live with irresponsible, inconsiderate teenage neighbors, and have an office staff that really really could care less about any of these things, than this is the perfect place for you!!
On the other hand these are very nice places on the inside and the Bradburn area is a great place to live if you don't live in the apartment complex. Also, it seems to me that the maintenence staff does their job pretty well but they are not very cooperative with scheduling a time to be at your house. And if they do schedule a time they will most likely be late.
Parking is not really a problem if you live in a townhome because they have a garage but if you have a 1-bedroom without a garage parking will be hard pressed. Also, guests will most likely have a problem with parking after around 6pm on most nights!
The grounds of Bradburn Apartments seem to be getting somewhat cleaner since they hired a groundskeeper, but this does nothing for the nasty yellow grass spots in front (that you'll be afraid to walk in because of what the dogs do in it!).
Safety is somewhat a concern for me since one of my friends that lived here had his car stolen a day before he moved out. Its okay to walk the dog at night but I'm afriad to leave my car parked outside for the most part, due to vandilism and theft.
Well anyway this is my take on Bradburn Apartments and they probably compare closely to a lot of apartment communities. These properties are just too expensive to deal with all that I have mentioned and I can't wait to move out in a few months!!
