I am also bewildered by these negative reviews. We love it here. ALL our maintenence problems have been fixed within two days, and they always leave a little bag of popcorn and a note. The maintenence men are clean and polite. The complex is beautiful. The clubhouse is maintained VERY well, and is a lot of fun to watch movies and swim in. Our neighbors are mostly very nice. There seems to be a lot of teenagers that like to stay out and run around and drive their cars with loud music...but that's teenagers. It seems more like the neglectful parents are to blame. The staff has been exceedingly nice, and is always good at listening. They are maybe overpriced, but we had looked around and found that it was only about a 150 dollar difference between this and the other complexes around that weren't NEARLY as nice. I'm willing to pay that to be in such a nice complex. They also have bible studies and book clubs. It dosen't compare to having your own house, but this is a great place!!

This has to be a manager...how many people put up pictures to see the joint...either that or this person is dying to get out and sublet.
