If you like paying a ridiculous rent, getting your car towed, parking blocks from your place (and dented and scraped from people that don't know how to parallel park if you do find parking), and dealing with a completely inept management team - Bradburn is the place for you! Sure the community looks nice, but the fact of the matter it is the same old suburban apartment complex, where the only time people interact is when they call the police on each other. Management is a whole other ball of wax - misplacing rent payments, taking literally months for basic repairs, and botching seemingly simple fixes. (example - our garage door was messed up for three months. In the end I was opening and closing the neighbors garage, no exaggeration!) Go somewhere else, then email me and thank me for the advice.
