I have lived here at Bradburn Row for two years now. It was wonderfull when I moved in and it is still wonderfull to this day. I have lived in multiple other apartment communitys in the Denver/Westminster area and Bradburn is by far the most enjoyable community I have lived in. The apartments are very modern, the grounds are beautifull and well kept, the staff in the leasing office are very friendly, efficient, helpfull & accommodating, the maintenance men are very friendly, prompt & knowledgeable. I have had very few maintenance issues but the ones I did have were fixed well and in a temely manner. The club house is a fun & beautifull place to have a party or even a small gathering. The fitness center is small but the equipment is good quality and well maintained. There are a few things about Bradburn that I dont like... the parking can be a bit of a pain but it has been better since I have had a garage. The residence that have dogs often neglect picking up after there pets & the walls are thin. However, the noise is not enough noise to bother me.

Over all Bradburn is wonderfull!!

Parking is terrible and if you're not stepping in dog poop then you are dealing with the poopie neighbors you can hear at 2am.
