They are not luxury apartments! They have basic appliances that are not always functioning correctly, the carpet is very cheap, the windows are cheap and the walls are thin! My utility bills are over $200 per month for a townhome! There maitnance people only know how to call GE and shrug a, "I don't know and I am not going to try and know" attitude. It is very frustrating.
Unfortunatly, renters with dogs never clean up after their dogs. There is dog poop on all the grass areas! If you need the space and have low expectations then this is your place.
If you have never lived in a "luxury" apartment, you maybe happy. If you can afford high gas & electric bills, go for it. There are other apartments in Superior that are much nicer and are professional! Drive the extra mile, it is worth the gas and your happiness.
