The management kisses your behind until you sign the contract... then they treat you like crap. Stay clear of this place. The neighbors are either fighting in the middle of the night, leaving their akita on the balcony letting it bark until you call animal control, your neighbors break their windows with beer bottles, the neighbors don't pick up after their dogs, the management says you have no 1st amendment rights or just flat out you can't park anywhere.
