I live at the Bradburn Row and we are from California and used to High Prices and Luxury Apts. The Bradburn Apts are equivalent to what we were renting in Cali, for half of the price. We moved to the Bradburn in April 2009 and we absolutely love it here. The management is great as well as the maintenance. We don't have any dogs, but one cat and she is indoor. Our neighbors are great all around us and we have no problems, nor do we hear anyone through the walls. We have a 3 bed/3 bath Row home and we are near the street (120th Ave). I do think that the street can be a bit noisy, but after awhile you get used to it and don't really notice it. We love the clubhouse because you can play PS2 and Wii, plus they have a theater to watch movies, plus they have monthly activities for the residents and a very nice pool and spa. They also have pool table, fitness center and the clubhouse is very expensive looking, its great.
I have noticed that dogs do run around with no leash on, but haven't notice any poop in the grassy areas as others have complained about.
We have a great Location and its very quiet except for the noisy traffic. But I would say that overall, Bradburn Row is a clean, safe and friendly community for all. So if you plan on moving here, DO IT!!!!

Bradburn Row Manager: We appreciate all feedback and it is rare that we hear such kind sentiments. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay at Bradburn Row more enjoyable!

You must be deaf if you can't hear your neighbor in this place. It's like being in Japan with the paper walls.

We are really considering moving here from Phoenix, and we have a dog. First I have to ask, is having a great dane allowed here? Second, is there many grassy areas for the dogs..lastly, is there a dog park near by?
I keep hearing everyone complain about the noise and walls being thin..but that comes with apartment living...You have to expect that to some degree. Furthermore, most people only make a fuss when somethings wrong, and say nothing when things are going right. So I'm wondering how much consideration I should be taking these bad reviews. By all accounts this place seems like its perfect for what my boyfriend and I are looking for, so I hope it works out for us living there. We plan on looking at it in a few weeks when we fly up to look at places.
Cheers!

Dear Anonymous from Arizona. The Bradburn has plenty of graasy areas, walking walking path too. I see big dogs, little, all sizes around here and still I think this is a great place to live. Yes, the only time you hear anything around here is when its bad, but there are a lot of good things here too. We love it and think you would too if you want a quiet place, safe and clean to live. See for yourself and be the judge rather than listening to others compplain as Ive seen worse places in the colorado area and Im glad we picked the Bradburn to live as it was the best choice for us. Hope this helps you decide. Management here is for real, they dont just want your money, they want you to enjoy your time here. Peace and God Bless.
