Lived there almost 3 years. Loved it! Used to live in townhome, so noise levels are about the same. This place being a little better if you are in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment since you own all 3 floors and you have only side neighbors. Didn't deal with the landlord too much, except the occasional ups package pick up, but they seemed nice. Requested a garage power wash clean, they called to set up a time and did it when they said they would. So no complaints there. Clubhouse is awesome, pool open year round. People are scared of it during winter, but it's heated and just a treat!! I think I'll miss this place. I've lived in a bunch of other apartments, I'd rate these #1 for all apartments I have ever lived in. Felt safe too.

Tons and tons of trails to walk out when it's not hot. Some even take you to Standley lake. Go all the way south on newton street to get to them.
