Since the new management took over, I could not be happier. Any concerns or suggestions are always taken seriously by the Manager and staff of Bradburn. The Manager has always been very professional and friendly, she always acknowledges me. This is the first time a Manager, let alone an entire management team, knows me by name. I appreciate all of the new amenities which have been added since the Manager started. I just renewed my lease and I do not plan on leaving any time soon. I am very happy here.

What new management? I have been here over a year...they are the same people. What new amenities? They are the same since I have been here. As a matter of fact a few of of the amenities have been removed! Talk to the manager... huh that's a joke. She never talks to anyone, even when you request to talk to her. The only time she will talk to you or is even bothered by you is when she is the only one in the office and HAS to be bothered, yes, she might call you by name then. It seems to me either you haven't been paying attention, or the manager put you up to this review...or better yet, maybe you are the manager. I don't see why Carmel keeps her in her position. She isn't very public relations oriented.

I'm sure you get this often, "are you insane?" Hey, wait you're my moronic neighbor aren't you? Your the one that lets his dog go anywhere and then doesn't pick up after him. I'd hate to see or smell your apartment. Next time post your name, chicken sh**!!
