The complex is nothing to rave about and that is because of the tenant's irresponsabilty to control their children and not leave their crap out on the landings. The landlord is not prejudice against anyone. I myself moved in with a bad credit rating and he gave me a chance. I stayed there for 2 years, 11 months not physically, while still paying rent, because I am loyal and because he is an excellent landlord. The apartments themselves are remodeled and clean.
