This place had quite a nice staff when I first moved in. After a few months, they seemed to get a real chip on their shoulder towards their tenants (past 2-3 months jan-march). I have a few friends who live here and it seems to be across the board. They are very unhelpful, and seem to be angry that you are even bothering them. They also like to go back on their word.
I've had friends who've had their cars towed for letting their permits expire, rents raised to astronomical rates at lease renewal, and basically just a very mean attitude toward their tenants.
Also, there was a dog attack here a few months back and there is dog excrement all over the place. You really have to stay on the pavement when walking the grounds.
Generally, it is still a quiet environment. There are some problems with solicitors but I can't really blame that on the staff when they come after hours.
I wouldn't reccomend this apartment complex soley based on the staff. I really enjoyed the staff like I said when I first moved in, and they went above and beyond for me. I was really impressed. Since the past few months however, things have changed drastically. I've heard complaints from at least three other friends in the complex regarding the staff's attitude. Very unfriendly environment.
