My Advice DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
This place was a mistake from day 1. Maintenance changed our locks on the first day so we had to wait 3 hours to get a key while having a Uhaul rental by the hour.
Apartment was a mess stains on carpet, hole in ceiling, stab marks on doors and walls, and much more.
Maintenance was a joke too. AC went out in July and took them 3 weeks to fix it. Appliances constantly broke. Left holes in walls when they tried to fix leaks.
Cars are constanly racing down the road at all hours of the night. Police are there on constantly arresting people. My car was hit by neighbor and management did nothing to help me out. Dogs barking 24/7 and no one picks up after them if and when they are taken for walks.
When lease was up they raised rent approx. 70% to try to take advantage of our situation after telling us rent would not go up.
Charged us an exurbanite amount for "damages" and rent for days we didn't even live there.
