When we moved here, we liked the sqare footage that we got for the price. They did a great job covering up damage and problems. The first rain storm that we got, we saw that there had to be roof damage because our ceiling was sopping wet and dripping water to the point that we had pots and pans out catching all of the water. The water was also lifting the paint on the outer wall where the water was coming in under the paint creating big water bubbles. It took them 2 days to come out and even look at the damage and another couple days to send someone out to fix the roof.
It seems for years they have been doing the minimum that they could get away with and just cover up problems. They resurface counter tops to the point that you can take your fingernail and scrap the layers of paint off of them. The appliances are all out dated. But you get a lot of sqare footage for the price!!!
If you're thinking about moving here, you might want to think twice.
