At first look I loved this place. The Apt size is great the price was decent and the location was great for me as well. I've had many many many maintenance problems. Things don t get fixed timely at all. I went 2 weeks in the summer on the hottest days for them to fix the AC. The water temp as mentioned is a big deal. It goes from scolding hot to cold. I have an infant and this is a major hazard since it doesn t just get warm it gets scolding hot!

The carports they built are dumb and very tacky looking. Who puts carports up against a building' It took the sunlight out of my apt since now I have a tin roof carport to block most the sun I would get. I know they want to charge for them but I don t think anyone is actually willing to pay for them. Not to mention unless you have a compact car they are useless. You really can hear everything from your neighbors even if it is just a cough as they are out walking the dog and my windows are closed. Also they don t shovel at all really. They took the shovel and made one little path, not even the whole side walk! Its like they just held the shovel out and walked around a bit to make a path. With the melting and freezing and the lack of sun light because of the car ports it took till this weekends nice weather to clear them.

I just got my letter asking me to stay and they are upping the rent $50 a month. There is no way I would ever extend my lease at this place. Or any other Alliance Company again.

Oh and I hate how they always put trashy flyers on your door! I don t want your trash! I do not want to recomend you to a friend! And I don t get how you send out a flyer and say hey come pay your rent online we ll only charge you even more rent to do so. What a joke!
