I read these reviews and almost didn't stop by the property, but the lady I talked to was so friendly that I couldn't pass it up. When I got to the property it was clean and in a great location, compared to where I work, that was a bonus. After looking for a place all day and running up against some of the rudest people, it was so nice to walk into the office at the Ranch and feel welcomed. The leasing girl was nice and showed me a great apartment. When we got backt to the office, there was another lady, must have been the manager, and a tenant talking about rent. The tenant was crying because he couldn't pay rent and the manager was so nice and you could tell, genuinely concerned. Even though the manager couldn't let him not pay rent, the guy thanked her for being understanding and not treating him like dirt. He told me as he walked out that this was the best place that he's ever lived and hoped that I would choose this as my home. I don't know too many people that would say anything like that after being evicted from his home. I put in my application right then. It's been great so far.

This review sounds like a load of crap, and was probably written from the management team at the apartments. If this is really from a resident, just wait until you've been there for awhile, and you'll see what all the other posts were about. Also- if the management was evicting that guy I'm sure he didn't recommend that you live there. What a load of b.s. Think up a better story managers!

All I have to say is can those girls talk in a more high pitched voice? There is only one in there that talks normal and is actually nice. The manager and the other one are the fake ones. I swear they talk to me like i'm 5 slow and way to excited to hear that I have another issue.

Agreed this is total BS!!!! I have lived here for too long & come out to see what others think of this place as well. They are a bunch of morons here. They add the carports and never asked tenants if they would want to pay for this to see if this is something that is really needed...Taking up parking spots for no reason. They are currently building the "Fitness Center" they had advertized on thier website last year, until people started to tell them they would be reported for fraud, now it's happening so now they can advsertise it. They have gone through more staff here that there aren't really any regulars here that you would get to know long term.

Hey folks, it's the Assistant Manager here. Not that you're likely to believe me, but none of us wrote this review. I remember this day very well, I was the one dealing with the rent issue and I can tell you exactly who that was I was talking to (but won't to protect his privacy). Just because someone posts a positive review doesn't make it untrue; this forum is not just for people who are unhappy, but for anyone who wishes to express their opinion about the property. If there is something specific that has made you unhappy living here, would you mind letting us know so we can do our best to remedy the situation for current and future residents? And allow me to set the record straight about the fitness center. The fitness center was promised in 2006, to us as well as our residents. Threats of fraud reports had no impact on the timing. The website was launched prematurely; we hadn't been given the opportunity to proof it before it went live. This project was not in our hands, nor were the carports. If it were so terrible here, we would not live here. We are not required to live here and we have to follow the rules just like everyone else. Our work orders do not get done first, our rent is due at the same time as everyone elses and we pay the same fees if we are late. In the future, don't you think it would be more productive and beneficial to bring your concerns to us and allow us to rememdy what we can, rather than to put your complaints up here first where those who read them can't do anything to help you?
