Keep looking and stay away from this place. Since I moved in the rent has gone up $100 in less than a year! That is just crazy and for what'' Crappie looking carports that you have to pay them to use' A new fitness center that isn t even ready to use (they have said for almost a year they would be building one)' No laundry facility (they closed it down) and don t provide you with units you have to pay extra for that too. They don t keep up on maintenance issues. The grounds are not kept up. Trash cans are always over flowing by the mail boxes (hello add another can so people can throw their stuff away!) They give you little to no notice on everything. They say they mail out letters and post notices but I managed to somehow not get ANY! The staff is fake and don t care about the tenants. They think that just because they are near some really expensive homes they can act snooty. The place is old & looks its age. The units have not been updated to even compete with near by complexes. The hot water comes & goes. The maintenance people take forever to complete repairs. I admit I liked the place enough to move in at first, but after living there 3 month I couldn t wait until my lease is up so I can get the heck out of there. Biggest mistake wasting my money to live here. I will be leaving when my lease is up. My advise, keep looking there better places near by AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

When we moved in around mid-April 2006, and they were promising that the new fitness center would be completed soon. They have been lieing for at LEAST 2 years, if not more. We were there a year and a half (couldn't move for awhile), and we NEVER saw ANY progress on it! And they raised everyone's rent while we were there "for the fitness center", and NOTHING happened. They kept telling us it was permits and stuff- for 2 years? Then DON'T RAISE THE RENT! This place is A P.O.S.!!!!

Your rent would have gone up anyway, with or without the fitness center. It's just the nature of the beast. Do you think maybe the staff was promised the same thing you were and were just passing on the news they received? The people in the office don't have a say in when these projects get done. Construction is a complicated thing - I've been doing it for 30 years, so I should know.
