The staff at this complex is awful. They like to post little notes on your door as a form of a communication vs. actually calling you to resolve issues, and if you don't respond they like to threaten their corproate lawyers.
This property managment company should review the personell at this location and make some changes, especially with the Assistant Property Manager.
The property is great but good luck with getting anything fixed in your apartment because it will take 3-4 weeks to complete.

I was in this business for 20 years before retiring and moving into Broadstone and you sound to me like the typical resident who either hasn't paid the rent or has committed some other serious violation (health & safety related). You signed a legally binding contract and when you do not act in accordance with that contract, yes, lawyers sometimes become involved, depending on the seriousness of the breach. The reason you receive your communication in writing is so that you can't use the old "no one told me" trick. And if the notice isn't about anything specific to you, but related to what's going on in the community, yes, you will receive that in writing as well because there are just too many people to call (a lot of which haven't provided current phone numbers). If I'm wrong about you, I'm wrong. But I seriously doubt it.

I definitely agree with the response... No company is going to 'threaten with corporate lawyers' unless there has been a LEGAL ISSUE... hence the lawyer.
Since the rest of your review of the property is average to above average, it sounds to me like you might have had a run-in with the legal department ONLY... which speaks to your credibility.

Somewhat interesting, but not going to change my mind on moving into Broadstone. We are looking for sanity and 9100 Vance Apartments in Westminster are awful. Inow find it amusing with how they don't actually fix the broken steps leading to the apartment they just like to spray paint them orange and think they can continue to rip us off with higher rent then Broadstone and far less quality (i.e. square footage, scenery, parking, and congestion from to many apartment buildings to close to each other). If you talk with 9100 Vance’s new manager about this issue, then you receive nothing, but excuses like how it is against Fair Housing Regulations for us to give lower rent (figure lower quality lower rent right) or a free months rent. I realize there will be differences from when we first moved in, as we had received a free month when we signed with the previous management who was not stuck-up nor did they treat us like they didn't care one way or another if we continued a lease with them. We found out through a notice on another persons door that people who have the same apartment are getting $50 less per month. Now I feel bull shitted and lied to. Now what is interesting as I presented them with three separate options to negotiate. I felt like I was renting from a used car dealership when the manager says he has to check with their realtors to see if they can approve us for free carports as one of the three options contingent upon us staying. I can say now (when they do finally get this approved through their realtors) they can keep their carports and shove them in their pompous faces. 9100 Vance is clearly clueless in ways that I will no longer have the misfortune of knowing. Yours Truly,
