I've lived here for several months and can't wait to get out. Staff are very nice when trying to get you to move in and ---- head ignorant asses after that. Total waste of money. The apartment is old and shabby. Doors had holes and bathrooms were dirty when I moved in. Sliding doors and stuff barely work. My freezer leaks water down into the fridge and I have told them and nothing has been done about it. When I moved in the electrial in the house was screwed up and lights and smoke detectors didn't work properly. The water sucks balls and half the time I turn on cold water and its hotter than the hot water so when trying to wash laundry in cold its too hot. They f-d up the water bill system and charge for hot water, water, sweage, and trash through some company instead of the city its been costing me 80 - 90 a month for water. I used to pay 25 at Madison Park for water. They supposedly leave notes on the door and insist they did when I've never gotten anything. Half the staff are complete -------. Rent is way overpriced and I will never rent here or reccommend anyone here EVER!

I totally agree, I have been renting apartments for a number of years and my water bills have stayed consistently $12-25/month. The staff will tell you that during the summer months water usage is high (even though you are in an apartment and don't have a yard to water). The staff will also tell you that your excel bill will be around $50 a month and my bills have been $80/month during the summer when the air is not even being used. Good luck this winter
