I like living here but there are some things that do get on a persons nerves. The water system is screwed up. The last review I read, the author complained of her water ill being 80 dollars. I got mine today and it was 110.00. The office always blows some ridiculous reason up everyones butt for the justification. The windows and master closet have no insulation so the master bedroom is extremely cold in the winter. I put a towel rolled up in front of my closet door. Alot of dog owners do not pick up their pet waste. I have only had a problem with maintenance once and that is because the office had them doing other things. The people at the office are extremely nice. They were nice when we moved in and a little over a year later they are still nice. I think the rent is reasonable for the size apartment that you get. The kithen is little and that stinks but the other rooms are large and the master bedroom is almost double any other size bedroom you will find. Okay the place was built in 1984 or 1985 and yeah its old but its not a "hole." I have the best neighbors. There is a pool, new gym, and one court tennis court. I think there is also a playground on the other side of the complex.
