I have lived at several communities in the north but by far this is one that i can and will call home for a while. To start out...This place is beautiful, the landscaping is amazing, the trees are so mature and the grass is always green. It is a very clean and refreshing place to live. I have family and friends say that the apartments in side are so nice that they cant believe that they are 20 years. I have never had a maintenance work order that has never been looked at in 24 hours, the staff gets really busy but still shows that they care about everyone, they always call me by name too, which i really like, i dont know i just think that these website dont show justice, only the mad people that didnt get their way write on here, so i figured i should show my apartment complex some love.

I also live in this complex and I do agree that the landscaping is beatiful, but the rent is to high and I think this looks likea really goofy add to get people to stop by. The grouds people walk around drunk asking people for rides.They have no compassion for the tenats who live here and the are all about the almighty $$$$$... Last but not least the thing that really caught my attention to this response was the fact that the assitant mangers name is Jennifer and this just happens to be froma Jenny... A cheesy attempt at selling or a truthful tenant you all make the desision.......

The rent is actually very afforable. There is no truth to the comment about grounds people. However, the complex is indeed old. When I lived here people insisted on grilling right from the crusty wooden balconies and ignored management's warning of no outdoor grilling.
