These apartments are VERY well-maintained and feel like new. I was very happy with how 'cute' my large 1 br was with extra details like a built in bookshelf, attractive fireplace and custom windows. I really was disappointed to leave for those reasons.
There WERE several frustrations I experienced while living at Camden. On several occasions I would ask questions of the staff, they would be a bit snotty, and I would and get one answer only to get a completely different answer from another staffperson within a few days or even hours. If you order anything by catalog or online, beware of having it delivered to your home- it goes straight to the leasing office, and while I was there, they had a lot of trouble keeping things straight. I had a package delivered once that I paid rush delivery for. I called the office 4 days later to see if it had arrived, and they said it hadn't. I stopped in to the office 2 other times that week, and they claimed they hadn't received anything for me. Finally, over 10 days after my order, I stopped in again, and they said often things are mistakenly delivered to the apartment complex across the street. I checked with them, no dice. I called the seller, who told me that it had been signed for only 3 days after my purchase (a day before the first time I contacted the leasing office) the name of the person that had signed for it was one of the staff members @ Camden Arbors, so after I went back into the office and told him he signed for it, they went digging through the back room and found it, but it had never been logged on their sheet, etc. Other renters I've spoken to had similar problems with deliveries.

Anyway, I was overall very happy with this complex. I would sometimes walk out into the hallway and could hear my neigbor/s blasting music or partying, but from inside my apartment, I never heard a peep. Also, while the staff was occasionally a bit snotty when I had problems/questions during my tenancy, the moveout went very smoothly, deposit was returned quickly, and the staff members were very friendly through that process.

Note- the photo is from the complex's website, but aside from the different furniture, this is exactly what my apt. looked like- I loved it!
