I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Camden, I don't have too much bad to say. My one concern was the way I was treated as I left. I contacted them to notify a month early. I paid my months rent and the next far before due. I paid all utilities and any other expense. Sadly, as I left I was out of town and dropped by the keys the day before they were due. At the same time they were writing me a bill for new locks, (Which is not my fault, I was before the deadline.) I then was offered to pay $100 extra for them to clean up the apartment instead of myself. I did so, and was then charged another $75 for cleaning things up, (It was not bad at all...) I also had my ATV stolen from the covered parking area I was staying in, (it was locked up!) Overall, not bad. They had a nice pool, a clean gym, very nice hot tub and good renters. But please, beware of a short, black haired girl that runs the office. Nice in the beginning, complete witch upon leaving.

I am just a curious neighbor, why would you have an ATV parked in the carport in the first place, i agree that sucks, but seriously you should have known that no matter where you live that stuff is going to happen as long as you keep being irresponsible in the first place. It is an apartment community those toys should be kept elsewhere like a garage! Sorry thats just my thought on that!
