I have lived here for 2 years and have truly enjoyed my experience so far. However, I am a good resident and pay my rent on time. I do not have loud parties or bother my neighbors in any way. I understand that this is a rental community and there might be some snags along the way (mostly with other tenants) but the staff here takes care of the issues in a timely manner and are very courteous. I would recommend this community to anyone that I know (they even offer referral money when you do).
