This place has rental houses, townhomes, and apartments. got a really good deal on rental house (water, trash and lawn service included). but my roommates kept paying late and we were all served to go to court over late payments. luckily my roommate paid up and we didn't have to go to court. Environs has a strict policy on paying rent ontime and they enforce it.

otherwise, our basement started leaking in may. they brought me a wetvac to clean it up. i was up two days straight trying to control the water coming in. then it leaked again in june. this time really bad. they finally brought over a sump pump but left me to fend for myself. we sggested they bring some sand bags to contain the water but they thought that wasn't necessary. a lot of things stored in our basement were ruined. it flooded about three inches deep across one half of the basement! sometime in july they installed a permanent sump and it worked for a while. i kept having to fix it (clogs, fell over in the well, etc).

they wouldn't compensate me for the higher electric bill caused by having to use the wetvac and sump pump and keeping lights on while doing all this work myself.

as far as the house itself, decently constructed and everything worked. lots of kitchen storage. yards are practically useless because of the slope to the land. if you park on the street, expect you vehicle to be dented and scratched. lots of windows so you don't have to run your AC. you can hear everything your neighbors say inside their house because the walls are thin and the houses are close together.

lastly, the office queen (i mean a guy) is rude and condescending. everytime i left after talking to him i was disgusted and mad. the only person in the office that's worth anything is the lady that does the actual rent posting, she is professional and nice.
